Pretty Bauli Trifle

I've never tried a trifle. Is that weird? This is so simple, beautiful and delicious.

what you need:
-Bauli Pandoro
-1 1/2 Teaspoon Amaretto 
-1 Cup heavy cream/whipping cream
-2 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar
-Semisweet chocolate (chips or squares)

what to do:
 1. Whip the cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until stiff.
2. Slice Pandoro and place one on the bottom of your trifle bowl. Place the other Pandoro around the bowl. 
3. Layer the cream, fruit, and Pandoro slices. 
4. Top with chocolate. You can shave it or melt it. 
5. Keep the trifle chilled and serve the same day.
